Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation Your booking is confirmed once full payment of the Bathroom Planning Package fee has been received. Fees are payable online at the time of booking. Package Fee The Bathroom Planning Package fee is $595 (including GST). Promotional discounts (such as launch specials) are only valid if clearly advertised at the time of booking. The package fee is non-refundable. However, if you proceed to build with TBK Constructions, the full package fee will be credited towards your renovation contract. Scope of Package Your Bathroom Planning Package includes: On-site measure and consultation (Sunshine Coast clients) or Zoom consultation (remote clients). Personalised design recommendations and moodboard. Preliminary Cost (PC) and Prime Cost (PS) schedule. Fixed-price quotation based on agreed scope. Design visuals (stills and renders) for inspiration and planning purposes only. Important: Design images and renders are for visualisation only. They are not construction-ready drawings or plans. Rescheduling and Cancellations Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 3 business days’ notice. Rescheduled consultations must occur within 2 weeks of the original booking date. If less than 3 business days’ notice is given, TBK Constructions may charge a re-booking fee of $100. If you cancel entirely, the package fee is non-refundable. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate property details, access, and any existing plans (if applicable). Any incorrect or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of your planning package. Intellectual Property & Use of Documents All design renders, visuals, schedules, and documents remain the intellectual property of TBK Constructions. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Remote clients may share the documents with their chosen local builder strictly to guide their renovation. TBK Constructions’ Responsibilities TBK Constructions will deliver your Bathroom Planning Package within the agreed timeframe following your consultation. All advice, designs, and estimates are provided in good faith and based on the information supplied at the time of consultation. Next Steps The package fee will be credited towards your renovation if you choose to proceed with TBK Constructions within 6 months of package delivery. If you do not proceed, you retain the planning package for your personal use.
